Cleaning Services
Stage 1 cleaning (maintenance cleaning)
Our stage 1 cleaning service is for those who feel the dirt and dust has just built up too much in their home or office. If you’re interested in keeping your household or property well maintained and clean this is the service for you.
We start with a detailed cleaning taking care of high dusting and anything that has built up on/in bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, countertops, light fixtures, decorations, those hard-to-reach crevices, and more. the initial cleaning will be priced around ¢0.15 - ¢0.20 / Sq-Ft.
We will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment of course; all we ask is that we are able to use your water and power.
After the initial cleaning, we can step into “maintenance-cleaning” we will still get into those tiresome, or hard-to-reach places as needed such as underneath rugs, tops of cabinets, inside appliances(upon request), etc. however, with a big portion of the grime out of the way if you would like to regularly schedule our services on a weekly or bi-weekly scale we can offer you a discounted price between 20%-35% off per cleaning!
Stage 2 cleaning (deep build-up, move out, house flips)
Our stage 2 cleaning service is for those who need a space or property scrubbed clean whether it’s due to the house being sold, recently remodeled, or abandoned we’re the ones for the job.
Due to these jobs typically taking longer and being more detailed with a heavy focus on uplifting stubborn grime, and disinfecting the living spaces the pricing will be around ¢0.30 - ¢0.40 / Sq-Ft.

AirBnb/Rental turnovers
If you have an AirBnb or rental that you need cleaned after or during a guests’ stay, contact us anytime. If you or your company would like to use our services regularly, we are happy to set up a plan regarding what supplies is kept on site, toiletry refills, hand and dish soap refills, bedding swaps, laundry service etc.
Our AirBnb pricing goes by a flat rate of $100 for laundry and staging +plus a house cleaning fee of around ¢0.10 - ¢0.15 / Sq-Ft.
