—Our residential services are perfect for those looking to have regularly scheduled cleanings in your home to maintain the cleanliness so you can focus on what’s important in your life without having to worry if the house is messy or not.

—All services include but are not limited to:
Overall cleaning: high and low dusting, fans, light fixtures, windows +sill, trim and baseboards, doors +frame, decorations, mirrors, furniture, surface disinfecting, rugs, spot cleaning on walls and backsplash, and a vacuum +mop.
Kitchen cleaning: includes all overall cleaning as well as, all cabinets and countertops, sink, stovetop, vent hood +exterior appliances, exterior trashcan +bag change, and any seating.
Bathroom cleaning: includes all overall cleaning as well as, sinks, cabinets and countertops, toilet inside and out, bathtub +shower(walls, floor, shower head/faucet, glass if applicable).
Any service not listed here is not outside of our bounds please leave a note or mention it before a cleaning and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
—Additional services:
These services are charged at an additional rate.
Inside appliances: inside appliances include oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker/kettles, and fridge(if applicable).
Polish floors: for polishing on hard floors we will only add this charge once a month, or per your request if needed more frequently.
Porches/decks: this service includes heavy dusting high and low, a wipe down of outdoor furniture, grill cleaning and a sweep/leaf blow of the porch or deck. (This service can be very interchangeable as far as what services need to be included so, we will provide a custom price and discuss what services your porch or deck requires.
One-off cleanings: for one off cleanings we add a small fee simply because it’s always the first day that is the most difficult and typically takes some extra time, for all recurring services we waive this fee as we will then be able to maintain the cleanliness of your home.
—Service hours
For residential cleanings we offer services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. any service less frequent will be subject to the one-off cleaning fee however we are always one call away if you are not able to set up a regularly scheduled service. (If the service is scheduled within the same 30 days as your last cleaning, we will waive the one-off cleaning fee.)
Our services are available all hours of the day and night since some of our other jobs include overnight work, we are more than capable of delivering quality cleanings consistently between all hours. So, if you need a space cleaned as early as 3am or as late as 9pm, consider it done!
Price estimate
—For a 2 bed 2 bath house we have a base rate of $120/day, we will provide a custom lower rate for homes that are smaller than a 2 bed 2 bath
—We charge an additional fee of $15 per any extra bedrooms or bathrooms beyond the 2 bed 2 bath rate. If there are extra rooms such as a home office, storage room, a 2nd living room, etc… we will charge an additional $15 for every 2 rooms.
—For recurring services, we will provide you with a monthly quote that will be paid after services are complete.
—if there is deep buildup throughout the home or possible hazards, we ask that you provide pictures of the areas of concern when requesting your quote, we will include a fair additional fee that will be discussed and agreed upon before the time of service.
—Additional service fees:
Inside appliances: additional $25/day
Polish floors: additional $60/month, or whenever the service is requested
Porches/Decks: we will provide a custom rate based on the services required.
One-off cleaning fee: additional $50/day
—Extras:
If you would like to add on our other services such as exterior windows or power washing, we can discuss a possible lower rate for these services upon request.
